Yantel Coaxial Temperature Compensation Attenuator Co-TCA Series

The Coaxial Temperature Compensation Attenuator Co-TCA Series from Yantel offers a frequency range of DC to 6 GHz, a power rate of 2 W, impedance of 50 Ω and operating temperature of -55 to +150°C.

It has high attenuation accuracy, high reliability, zero distortion and no phase changes and time delay caused by temperature variation.

The coaxial temperature compensation attenuator has many applications including multistage power amplifiers due to temperature compensation and RF isolation,  linear power amplifier as no extra IP3 exists, satellite communication, broadcast (TV and radio) and radar.

Due to the small size, it can easily be designed in RF power amplifiers to replace AGC loop circuit, which is easy for the regeneration of RF circuit.
