Nine full HD, full frame rate CCTV cameras have been added to the VCC-HD and VDC-HD range, including CS mount, vandal-resistant dome, zoom and PTZ types.

The range includes all the major categories of security cameras in terms of product shape, maximising the range of possible installation environments.

All models incorporate the Xacti HD-Pro image processing engine for improved performance and selected models incorporate Optimum IP-Pro to complete heavily loaded image processing and network processing separately.

By applying ultra-miniature mounting technology, a 40% size reduction over previous models is achieved, enabling cameras to be installed in areas incompatible with larger conventional cameras.

All models are compatible with full HD (1080 p) and 25 ips full frame rate to ensure all crucial moments are captured.

Twin-engine models incorporate multi-streaming function to enable simultaneous transmission of H.264 and MJPEG up to four streams. For example, while using low-resolution streams for real-time surveillance of multiple places through multiple cameras, full HD recording can be selected so that, in the event of a crime taking place, the suspect may be identified easily in the clear high-definition images.

A video analytics function enables high-precision surveillance by using preset subject information in terms of size and behaviour, which identifies the behaviour of certain subjects.
