Adept Electronic Solutions and Total Turnkey Solutions have announced a merger, which will take effect on 1 July 2011. The merger will create Adept Turnkey, a machine vision industrial company, with a complementary portfolio of products, advanced technologies and enhanced growth opportunities.

The merger will allow the business to be better placed to grow into new markets and expand nationally and internationally, and to adjust to the changing landscape of the automation sector, said Marc Fimeri, CEO of Adept. Mark Goulding, Sales Director of Turnkey Solutions, said the merger brings clear benefits for customers including stronger national customer support, expanded product offerings, a broader customer base and increased value.

Marc Fimeri will be taking on the role as CEO of Adept Turnkey, Mark Goulding is appointed Sales Manager and Kevin Dowsey will take on the role of Technical Manager. Adept Turnkey will have offices located in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
