Dynalite dealer program
In support of the rapidly growing intelligent building market, lighting control and automation solutions provider, Dynalite recently unveiled a new dealer accreditation and training framework. Known as Dynalite Dimension, the program will provide standardised training, improved access to technical support and essential marketing support to all accredited companies and individuals.
“With the launch of Dynalite Dimension, we aim to assist current and future Dynalite dealers to provide the highest possible quality of service to their customers — who are also our customers,” said Phil Main, Dynalite residential segment manager. “It’s much more than a mere formalisation of existing relationships; Dimension will bring Dynalite’s existing network of distributors and dealers closer together, creating an environment in which all businesses can flourish and the end user receives the optimum solution.”
At the heart of the program will be a standardised educational syllabus to ensure accredited dealers — including AV installers, system integrators and electrical contractors — stay up to date with the latest in Dynalite’s latest lighting control and building automation technologies. New standardised training modules will be introduced to cover system design, product application and software, coupled with mandatory ongoing skills competency testing for nominated sales/project design engineers, programmers and installers. All training and testing will be delivered by factory-trained representatives of Dynalite’s regional distributors.
