Electrical industry revises COVID-19 code of practice
A code of practice developed by Master Electricians Australia has been revised in light of increased COVID-19 restrictions in Victoria.
The federal government previously mandated that all businesses develop and abide by a code of practice in relation to COVID-19.
The original code was effective from 18 May.
The revised code now incorporates additional measures brought about by Stage 3 and 4 restrictions in Victoria. It includes new information about worker permits, masks and respirators, and updated information about travelling in vehicles for work.
