Fluke awards tools to Australian winners of WorldSkills 2011
Fluke Corporation has awarded Fluke tools to the Australian winners of the WorldSkills 2011 competition held in London in October.
WorldSkills London 2011 was the largest ever international skills competition and careers event, with young people from 51 countries/regions competing to be the best of the best in their chosen skill.
The Australian winners:
- Benjamin Houghton, who won gold in the electrical installations category, was awarded a Fluke 87V industrial digital multimeter, TL81A electronic test lead set and a C550 tool bag.
- Liam Janetzki, who won silver in the refrigeration and air conditioning category, was awarded a Fluke 87V industrial digital multimeter and a C550 tool bag.
- Ben Hooper, Michael Theobald and Matthew Hall, who won bronze in the manufacturing team challenge, were each awarded a Fluke 87V industrial digital multimeter.
