nbn launches online tool for as-built designs
nbn has launched a new as-built designs online tool to enable developer partners to upload their designs. As of 15 August 2016, using the online tool is compulsory for all new and amended as-built submissions.
The new tool has been introduced to streamline the review process and allows for multiple files to be uploaded. To submit as-built documentation and notice of practical completion, you will need:
- the correct-stage request ID
- the dwg file saved as a CAD 2010 r18 compliant version
- a maximum of 20 files, with a file size limit of 20 MB per file
- a notice of practical completion clause as per the developer agreement.
Once the as-built has been submitted, nbn will review and make contact if any amendments are required. To get started, visit the website and follow the online tool instructions
