Thursday, 30 June, 2011 | Supplied by: Anderson Corporation Pty Ltd

The Yamasaki fibre-optic light source is used to measure the fibre-optic loss within the singlemode or multimode fibre cable. The light source would transmit light through the singlemode or multimode fibre-optic cable and the power meter would detect how much light has been lost.

It also features a universal adaptor, a high-visibility yellow case, a protective belt pouch and a handy carry strap - made specifically to suit a fibre-optic test environment.
