- a responsive contact form to help resolve any product enquiries or issues fast
- enhanced product selection features, including selection summaries, direct order emails to preferred wholesalers and supporting documents to produce customer maintenance manuals
- a new product comparison tool, allowing users to match the best products for each job
- a new, smarter search
- detailed information on new product releases
- the latest industry news, announcements and trends from Gerard Lighting
- an electrical wholesaler and stockist locator
- better business tools, including personalised data sheets and maintenance manuals
“The main driver to invest in this new website was to unite the Gerard Lighting brands in a single online destination. It is also important for us to deliver platforms that are up to date with modern digital innovation,” said Ben Mills, executive general manager, Gerard Lighting.
“We are very excited about the new custom-designed website, speaking directly to our trade customers. Another key driver in the development of the site was information accessibility, to enable electrical tradespeople access to our products quickly and easily. The website will enable them to be more informed about our extensive range of brands and products. We envisage this will deliver a higher level of service, with everything they need for their lighting requirements at their fingertips.”
