The Slimline range of T5 fluorescent fixtures is suitable for both commercial lighting and domestic applications, offering a claimed 30% reduction in energy consumption over 36 W T8 conventional fluorescent lamps.
Utilising T5 electronic ballasts, the fixtures deliver flicker-free instant start and incorporate automatic ballast protection to guard against lamp failures and extend the life of lamps.
The fixtures feature easy-latch mechanisms for fast lamp replacement and are fitted with a lead and plug for quick installation to make the electrical contractor’s job easier.
Fixtures are supplied with high-efficiency T5 fluorescent tubes in straight tubes in 14, 21 and 28 W outputs in cool white, natural, warm white and daylight colours (daylight only available in 28 W) and circular tubes in 22, 32 and 40 W outputs in cool white, natural and warm white colours. The fixtures are also available in low glare (fitted with highly polished specular louvres) and weatherproof versions.
A recessed plaster kit is also available to assist with fitting T bar fixtures to plaster ceilings, particularly suitable for the low-glare or K12 troffer kit.
