Pendant luminaire

The Glacier II range of pendant luminaires offers lighting designers the versatility to create different atmospheres suitable for varied environments, particularly in office and retail environments.

The luminaire is available in two sizes (254 and 342 mm diameter) and four different reflectors (prismatic polycarbonate, prismatic glass, aluminium and opal glass) for direct and indirect light distribution. The aluminium reflector provides a radial batwing distribution, particularly suitable for large, open areas, ensuring glare control, task illuminance and wide spacing of luminaires.

The luminaires feature high-frequency control gear that gives flicker-free light, tool-free assembly, halogen-free and flame-retardant wiring and adjustable quick-lock single-wire suspension and pre-installed braided cable to the ceiling rose for faster and simpler installation and wiring.

An array of energy-efficient light sources including compact fluorescent and metal halide lamps can be accommodated. Dimmable versions of the luminaires are also available.

To access the gear for maintenance purposes, the outer casing of the main body can be slid with one hand and temporarily rested above the gear tray. When completed, the sleeve can be moved back into place, completely concealing the gear tray once more.
