$300m cable upgrade for manufacturing facility
Wednesday, 09 June, 2010
Maser has successfully completed the supply of instrumentation, thermocouple and process control cables that were required for a major $300m upgrade to a large manufacturing facility in southern New South Wales.
The upgrade project involved the replacement of several outdated chemical processes, along with the construction of a new performance and safety testing centre.
In order to meet the stringent cabling infrastructure specifications, Maser supplied cabling products from two global cable manufacturers: Dekoron and Belden.
Maser was able to source all of the high-performance cables from these two manufacturers to meet the client’s requirements. In addition to this, Maser provided considerable local technical support and customer service to ensure the infrastructure met the client’s expectations.
