Cordless rotary hammer

The Revolithium EY7880N2T rotary hammer is powered by a 28.8 V, 3 Ah high-capacity lithium-ion battery with 70 min charging system and features a cooling system to ensure reliability for tough, continuous concrete drilling tasks such as anchor holes.

A dustproof switch prevents particles of dust from entering the tool, while the hammer and gears are covered to prevent dust particles entering and grease from leaking. The gear case is made from lightweight magnesium that disperses heat, whilst air flows through the space between the gear case and the main unit housing, cooling it and protecting against overheating. A two-finger switch and slim grip reduces fatigue during extended use.

The tool features two-speed hammering and drilling selection with reversible and variable speed control, slow start switch for accurate drilling, soft rubber grip for stress reduction, 360° side-handle with built-in depth gauge and 3/4" SDS-plus bit system.

The tool's 'no-load rotation only' speed is 0-950 rpm in hard mode and 0-520 rpm in soft mode, with a percussion rate of 0-4500 bpm in hard mode and 0-2800 bpm in soft mode while hammering.

The battery cells are individually monitored for optimal discharge control. If the battery voltage falls too low, or is about to become too hot during heavy use, sensors cut off power and a warning lamp flashes on the control panel.

The tool weighs 3.8 kg including battery and is supplied with an extra battery, a charger that accepts any current Panasonic model battery and a carry case with space for the extra battery and additional storage. Optional accessories include a dust collection cup and chiselling attachment.
