Detector Electronics Addressable Smoke and Heat fire and gas safety system

Wednesday, 06 July, 2011 | Supplied by: HMA Group of Companies

The Addressable Smoke and Heat (ASH) module from Detector Electronics is an interface device that manages inputs/outputs between the Eagle Quantum Premier (EQP) safety system and devices in non-hazardous areas, such as living quarters and control rooms.

The module seamlessly integrates non-hazardous and hazardous areas into a single fire and gas life-safety system. It is flexible enough to support multiple addressable devices such as smoke detectors, heat detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, manual call stations, beacons, sounders and I/O modules. It also offers powerful yet simple programming that allows users to tailor the solution beyond the capabilities of conventional fire panels. The module is CE marked; hazardous rated by FM, CSA, ATEX, IECEx; and FM performance approved to NFPA 72-2010.
