The MP1WWM within-wall mounting plate can be used for installing low-voltage cable, phone and data lines on plasterboard or drywall.
Unlike traditional methods, the plate is installed from inside the wall so it leaves no gaps between the faceplate and mounting plate. It fits any plasterboard or drywall thickness, and the plastic material is better for installers to use during the wiring process.
Other features include: dimples that can be used to indent the plasterboard/drywall and create a good cut-out, a removable tether on the centre of the plate that assists with positioning and security pins which can be pressed into the plasterboard/drywall for improved stability.
