Phase 3 complete cable assemblies for entertainment lighting

Connector-Tech ALS has available complete cable assemblies with Phase 3’s 10-pin Socapex-compatible connectors for entertainment lighting applications.

The leads have the technical features of the P3-19 series - machined shells with wear-resistant anodised finish, integral insulation sleeves and heavy-duty coupling rings available in black or blue - with the convenience and safety of a ready-made cable solution. The P3-19 connectors are also available with a 6-way spider clamp.

The 18 core (x 2.5 mm²), flexible cable designed for stage use will not deform, degrade or tangle in the rough handling typical of a live performance space, the company says. Standard lengths (10, 15, 20 and 30 m) are available as a stock item with custom lengths provided in three to four weeks. Header and tail breakouts with spiders or M40 glands can be made to order in two weeks.

The 700 VDC, 500 VAC connectors have gold-plated contacts and operate in temperatures from -55 to +125°C. Rated IP67 when mated, the connectors have thick wall section backshells with locking screws and an easy grip, heavy-duty coupling ring. The ROHS-compliant connectors include inserts marked with lighting circuit wiring.
