The Repelec RECWP1WH single-gang recessed wall point is designed to be installed in locations behind cabinets, bedside tables, plasma and LCD TVs, fridges, washing machines and other appliances where plugs may protrude too far.
The product does not include a wall outlet itself, but is claimed to be compatible with all major brands of wall outlets including Clipsal, HPM and PDL and can be used with new installations or retrofitted to existing points.
The product is manufactured from white heat-resistant plastic and includes a metal bracket for fixing into plasterboard walls on 70 and 90 mm wall cavities and template for cutting holes into plasterboard.
