Power tools — parts and accessories

The product group including power tool parts and accessories comprises all types of drill bits, e.g. milling cutters, grinding stones and wheels or polishing bits.

A good example of a tool included in the PG tools product range that is compatible with the above-mentioned accessories is a miniature 135 W power drill. The wide RPM range (from 10,000 to as much as 32,000 rpm) ensures efficient drilling operations resulting in holes with high-quality finishing. This handy tool ensures perfect work precision. The drill comes in a set including 3 various diameter sleeves (1.6 mm, 2.35 mm and 3.2 mm). It is powered with 230 V AC. Its low weight is another important feature, because a tool weighing less than 800 grams does not place any significant strain on the operator, thus greatly reducing their fatigue.

The PG-195A set containing 195 different power drill accessories is another appealing product offered by PG. Grinding with PG tools

Grinding materials constitute another interesting element of the PG tools product range. The accessories included in this group can again be divided into three categories:

• grinding sheets and discs;
• cutting discs and grinding wheels;
• grinding brushes and sponges.
   

The first category includes grinding discs, sandpaper and grinding wheels, polishing wheels or grinding tapes. Thanks to their wide range of grit sizes (from 24 to 600) and the fact that they are made from abrasion-resistant materials such as corundum, silicon carbide and the A96 or C49 material, they can be used for all types of work requiring material collection and removal. They include solutions for metal, glass or plastic polishing, and also for wood surface grinding. Depending on the technology applied, they are equipped with hook-and-loop tapes, mounting holes or rods facilitating a quick replacement of the grinding wheel.

Among the cutting materials, the PG-413.05 cutting disc should be highlighted. It is an example of a tool installed on a device via a mounting hole. Basic features of this product include the Ø115 diameter and 3.2 mm disc thickness. The disc is designed for cutting all kinds of metal or steel components and surfaces.

Wood, metal and concrete drill bits

Drill bits are the most common group of accessories. A drill bit is by far one of the most popular and important workshop accessories. In order to be ready for any eventuality, it is worth equipping yourself with the right sets of drill bits for handling different materials. In particular, drill bits should be selected based on product quality to ensure the required accessory durability. Poor-quality drill bits subjected to high loads and speeds will dull and break, which will have a detrimental effect on their serviceability.

Open-ended spanners constitute an important item in the PG product range. The quality and durability of open-ended spanner results from the application of proper materials. The PG-T130 is a perfect example of a high-quality open-ended spanner set. Chrome-vanadium steel is a toolmaking material that is perfect for such types of tools. Screwdrivers and trimmers

The PG product range also includes a tool for screwing in precision fastening systems, the PG-17A screwdriver. The complete set includes openers and different sizes of screwdriver bits attached to a screwdriver handle. All these elements are manufactured with perfect attention to all details.

All work on electric systems should be performed using insulated screwdrivers that protect users against electric shock. PG offers a set of screwdrivers with the following blade sizes: PH1, PH2, PH0, SL 3 mm and SL 4 mm. In addition, they come with a voltage tester to confirm that a circuit is not live before doing any work on it.
