7th Annual Field Service Management Summit - dates and topics announced
The 7th Annual Field Service Management Summit will run from 18-20 March next year at Australian Technology Park, Sydney.
The event organiser, IQPC, has released a draft agenda for the conference, which boasts the largest gathering of field service management and workforce mobility professionals in Australasia.
The summit will feature four separate streams comprising the following topic centres, allowing delegates to make the most of their attendance through selection of the most relevant afternoon sessions.
Stream A: Inspiration: Heavy Industry Leading the Way
Stream B: Implementation: Beginning your FSM Journey
Stream C: Innovation: Next Generation FSM
Stream D: Excellence: Best Practice Customer Service
Conference delegates will benefit from 20+ presentations by new speakers, as well as learn about technology and devices by visiting the exhibition area. Repeat speakers will provide insight into the development of mobility journeys one year on.
