Gartner research suggests that car sharing and carpooling are likely to represent approximately 20% of vehicles in urban areas by 2025. This is a large leap for the Australian fleet industry and a large portion of corporate vehicles. How will organisations with fleets adapt?

Shane has built a career in the automotive and fleet management industries over the last 24 years working in a variety of OEM, private and government sector fleet roles notably with the implementation of electric vehicles into a fleet. He enjoys the challenges of managing a fleet and he is committed to improving driver and vehicle safety. He obtained high distinctions in a Graduate Certificate of Business (Fleet Management) with AfMA in conjunction with Swinburne University in 2013.
Paul Oliver, Principal Consultant, Fleet Advisory
For 25 years, Paul has held various senior leadership roles in the fleet management and automotive industries in wholesale and retail operations. More recently, Paul established Fleet Advisory. Fleet Advisory provides independent expert advice that enables organisations to achieve cost savings, mitigate risks, utilise technology, improve operating procedures and train staff to implement improved fleet management solutions, either in-house or via a fleet management organisation (FMO). Paul’s fleet management and automotive experience includes sales, relationship management, operations, product development, process improvement, distribution channel development and innovation.
Antony Kuzmicich, Senior Product Manager, Intelematics
Antony brings many years of technology and entrepreneurial experience working across a range of start-ups and established corporates. He is passionate about exploring and developing new technology solutions in the fleet management and connected-vehicle space that resolves long-standing customer pain points. His diverse interests in emerging vehicle technologies and a deep understanding of the Australian mobility market keep him ahead of the technology curve. Antony is the Senior Product Manager for Intelematics corporate car-sharing, fleet management and connected vehicle solutions.
