Iveco committed to the Australian market

Iveco continues to hold a strong position in Australia’s commercial transport market, supported by the resources of a powerful, global corporation. In addition, it is now able to extend its support to Australian customers through specialised financial solutions provided by CNH Industrial Capital.

The company locally manufactures heavy and commercial vehicles designed to meet the economic, physical and environmental demands of the tough Australian market at its factory in Dandenong where 550 staff are employed. The facility became part of the Iveco manufacturing network through the acquisition of International Trucks in 1992. Iveco vehicles are sold and supported through a network of three offices, 22 dealers and authorised workshops across the country.

Iveco and CNH Industrial

Today, CNH Industrial is active in the Australian agriculture, construction, engine technology, manufacturing and financial services sectors. With more than 900 staff in offices and branches across the country, the company also has major engineering, research and development, parts, service and administration capabilities and creates employment throughout Australia for thousands of people in related industries, from retailing operations to component suppliers.
