simPRO Software ANZ general manager appointed
simPRO Software has announced the appointment of Mark Alfred to the position of general manager - Australia and New Zealand. Alfred will be responsible for continuing to grow ANZ operations.
Previously group project manager at simPRO, he has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in dynamic, challenging environments and it is envisaged he will make a key contribution in his new position.
The company is expanding rapidly in the face of strong demand for its field service management software and Mark’s focus on coaching and change management will be especially important to support this growth as more team members are appointed.
He will also be responsible for maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organisational standards.
