WorkPro embarks on major software upgrade
Industry partner for employee compliance WorkPro has embarked on a complete rewrite and upgrade of its platform. The web-based compliance management solution delivers and manages staff inductions, background screening and licence/ticket management for a range of organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
The 12-month program will improve the manner in which workers and employing entities engage with the software, deliver improved functionality, extend its breadth of services and enhance e-learning capability.
The new platform will be enabled for integration opportunities to provide a better user experience, drive efficiency and enhance productivity in delivering, managing and monitoring compliance elements.
WorkPro will involve current and future clients in the development process by utilising surveys and crowdsourcing software to ensure the end product is closely aligned with market expectations.
“WorkPro is today considered to be an integral part of the engagement process, and we recognise that the modern candidate and recruiter have a desire for seamlessness and simplicity,” said WorkPro founder Tania Evans.
“The new platform will be a beautiful user experience and licensed companies will be able to turn services on and off on demand, and transparently integrate with any part of the candidate or employee life cycle. Our greatest successes have come about by listening and responding to market demands, and this is what drives the rewrite. Our clients want to use the platform in combination with other engagement components, and we are keen to respond. It will also enable us to scale globally, which is a positive step forward for the organisation.”
