Megger MIT1020 Diagnostic 10 kV insulation resistance tester
Available to rent, the Megger MIT1020 10kV diagnostic insulation resistance tester can be used for testing and maintenance of high-voltage electrical equipment. The device meets IEEE 43-2000 recommendation to use 10 kV for motor windings rated above 12 kV.
Resistance, voltage, leakage current and capacitance are displayed on the large, easy-to-read backlit LCD. The need for separate timers is removed with the elapsed time of the test constantly being displayed. Adjustable timers and limit alarms are included.
Features include: automatic IR, PI, DAR, SV and DD tests; variable test voltage from 50 to 10,000 V; protection rating of IP54; measures to 15 TΩ (5 kV) and 35 TΩ (10 kV).
