Thermal imaging software

Updated software for the testo 880 thermal imager provides report templates in compliance with DIN EN 13187 and comprehensive analysis and evaluation of thermograms. Several parallel infrared images can be processed, analysed and documented in a thermography report together with their respective real images.

To achieve precise analysis results, the software enables the user to correct the thermal image according to the different emissivities of the various materials by area, right up to individual pixels. Multi-page thermography reports can be created easily with the software. ‘Automatic Hot/Cold Spot Recognition’ immediately highlights hot and cold spots in the IR image directly in the display, giving the user the ability to mark the hottest spot on mechanical components; for example, directly on site and at a glance.

The software features image-in-image function that allows fast and safe documentation of inspections and integrated measurement site management for structuring inspection routes.
