The C 2606 digital clamp meter is designed for non-contact current measurements in industrial and domestic applications.
The instrument has been designed as a multimeter with several measuring functions, making it versatile for use in commissioning, servicing, installing and testing of electrical installations.
The meter has been designed with auto-ranging functionality, making it possible to measure DC and AC voltage from 0 to 1000 V (resolution ±0.5%), DC and AC current up to 1000 A, resistance between 0.4W and 40 MW, capacitance from 40 nF to 4 µF and frequencies from 0 to 400 kHz.
The meter features a battery status indicator, 'max/min', 'hold', 'peak' and integrated diode and continuity test functions. The jaw opening range accommodates cables with diameters up to 57 mm, while busbars up to 70 x 18 mm can be reliably enclosed.
The meter weighs 540 g and is supplied with a set of test leads with test probes, carrying case and factory-installed 9 V battery.
