4Cabling opens first Brisbane showroom
Cabling company 4Cabling has opened its first brick-and-mortar store in Brisbane in response to customer demand.
The store located at the Metroplex on Gateway, Murarrie — 6 km east of Brisbane — is both a convenient trade outlet and a modern showroom demonstrating a wide range of 4Cabling branded products.
Launched as an online business in 2006, 4Cabling has quickly grown into a disruptive omnichannel business serving over 70,000 customers. “Our new Brisbane store is the latest expression of our omnichannel business strategy for those who wish to purchase in-store or pick up their purchases. Whether fibre, copper or racks — we have the lot.”
4Cabling Sales Director Chitrang Trivedi said, “Our reputation has been built on stock availability, customer service and market-leading prices. Specifically, as a respected Australian-owned brand we both manufacture and retail, and as a result, are totally in control of the value chain. These efficiencies create significant savings that we pass on to our customers.
“Our investment in high stock levels allows customers to move quickly with jobs, whilst not holding up larger projects that are time-sensitive,” Trivedi said.
The company recognises that not everybody can get to a retail outlet every day, which is why the online service was established. Orders can be placed online 24/7 and are packed the same day for fast delivery. “There are of course significant benefits for our trade customers, with price discounts, price match guarantees (see website for details) and free shipping for all orders over $50. Plus, we have a programme of ‘Trade only’ promotions and offers throughout the year,” the company said in a statement.
4Cabling offers full warranty, which means all the products have gone through a stringent quality control process. The company also offers reliable and efficient sales support service, with dedicated account managers to answer all product-related queries.
