enLighten launches new web portal for contractors
enLighten Australia has launched the Chamaeleon LED light contractor web portal to help electrical and fire contractors grow their revenues.
The portal provides contractors a free valuable sales tool - a tailored Chamaeleon light retrofit project cost-benefit analysis for their clients with the contractor’s logo on it. To receive a cost-benefit analysis, contractors need to complete an online registration form and submit project data (about existing lighting, replacement lighting, hours of operation, average electricity tariff, lighting type - emergency or standard) via an online form.
enlighten Australia will use its proprietary calculation model to assess in detail the typical energy, financial and maintenance savings of a Chamaeleon light upgrade compared to existing lighting. Contractors will be offered to download a tailored cost-benefit analysis in PDF format outlining project payback of a light upgrade.
The site also offers technical data and support respecifying the light, product videos and a training calendar. The Chamaeleon LED light is specifically designed for long-lit areas with low occupancy - fire stairs, car parks, plant and utility rooms, and service corridors.
The energy savings of up to 93% compared to traditional fluorescent lighting are said to be delivered via the light’s dual circuit design, which operates on a standby level of light (8 W) when areas are unoccupied, increasing to full light output (30 W) once a presence is detected via an in-built microwave sensor. The Chamaeleon light range comes in standard, emergency and permanently on models.
