Tuesday, 06 May, 2014

FLIR Systems has further strengthened its national distributor network with the signing of Open Platform Systems (OPS) as a new distributor of FLIR security cameras and technology.

OPS is a distributor of open platform/non-proprietary physical security, IT security, application delivery and network communications solutions.

Founder and CEO Kobi Ben-Shabat said: “As technology has evolved, so has the need for convergence between systems that provide physical security and those which provide mitigation, protection and detection of cyberthreats.

“We cover the entire spectrum of security - whether customers need an intrusion prevention, information security or physical security solution, or even in many instances a strategic fusion of technologies that encompass both the physical and virtual.”
