Schneider Electric boosts cybersecurity with Nozomi Networks

Nozomi Networks, a specialist in operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) security, has welcomed Schneider Electric to its MSSP Elite Partner Program to deliver managed security services (MSS) for a range of critical infrastructure sectors worldwide, including energy and chemicals, water, consumer packaged goods, power and grid, and data centres.

The two companies have worked together as strategic alliance partners since 2017.

With Nozomi Networks’ advanced solutions in its arsenal, Schneider Electric now has enhanced MSS capabilities to handle OT and IoT visibility, network monitoring, threat detection and risk management.

These are combined with Schneider Electric’s MSS capabilities, including asset visibility and vulnerability management; threat monitoring and incident response; security controls management; and risk management and mitigation.

Nozomi Networks reports that its solutions support more than 115 million devices in thousands of installations across energy, manufacturing, mining, transportation, utilities, building automation, smart cities and critical infrastructure.
