Yingli Solar launches 2014 FIFA World Cup finals competition
Photovoltaic (PV) module manufacturer Yingli Solar, an official sponsor of the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil, has launched a World Cup finals competition in Australia.
One lucky winner in Australia will receive a trip to Brazil for two people, including two tickets to attend both the 2014 FIFA World Cup semifinals and the finals, a 7-day fully catered luxury cruise package from Sao Paulo to Rio de Janeiro and a voucher for flights to Brazil, valued at US$30,000 in total.
To enter the competition, businesses or home owners simply need to purchase a Yingli Solar PV system of at least 2.5 kWp from a Yingli Solar installation partner and register for the promotion by 11 May 2014. Every purchase entitles buyers to one competition entry.
Yingli Solar will help power the 2014 FIFA World Cup with more than 1500 Yingli Solar panels installed on the Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janerio, South America’s largest stadium, which will host over 78,000 spectators attending the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
